🔍 Key Insight: The Migration Pattern
The "pendulum" isn't swinging along one dimension—it's a three-dimensional spiral. Each phase attacks the most pressing bottleneck by repositioning across Talent, Technology, and Process axes. The pattern worked for 75 years because you could always find a new position in this 3D space.

Phase 7 breaks the pattern: For the first time, we can't escape by repositioning. The AI solution created bottlenecks (reliability + dependency) that can't be solved by simply moving to a different point in the three-axis space. We need a fundamentally new approach: the abstraction platform.
